Booking is easy! Simply visit our Book a Party page and complete the booking form with your preferred date, package, and party details.

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and review the details with you.

Please note: Submitting a booking form does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed only after the required 50% deposit has been received and KidsDreamFactory NYC has provided written confirmation.

2. What happens after I submit the booking form?

After we review your request and confirm availability, we’ll contact you with the next steps and send you a deposit request.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event.

3. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change.

If you cancel 4 weeks or more before your scheduled event, your deposit will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event, payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved in writing by KidsDreamFactory NYC.

4. Are there any deposits or additional fees?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Standard delivery is included within 15 miles of ZIP code 10019.

Additional travel fees are:

• 15–30 miles from ZIP code 10019: $50

• 30–40 miles from ZIP code 10019: $85

• More than 40 miles: Please contact us for availability and pricing

Requests for specific delivery or pickup times may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Additional charges may also apply for lost, damaged, stained, or excessively soiled rental equipment. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

5. What areas do you serve?

We serve New York City and surrounding areas.

Delivery fees are based on the distance from ZIP code 10019. If you’re unsure whether we can service your location, just send us your ZIP code and we’ll be happy to check.

6. How much space do I need for a sleepover setup?

Our sleepover tents are approximately 4.5 feet wide and 4 feet tall.

Including the breakfast tray in front of the tent, plan for approximately 6.5 to 7 feet of total length per setup.

Our teepees require a similar amount of floor space and are approximately 5.8 feet tall.

Layouts can often be adjusted depending on the size and shape of your room. We recommend measuring your available space before booking.

If you’re unsure whether your party setup will fit, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you plan the layout.

7. How should I prepare the space before setup?

To help us complete your setup smoothly and efficiently, please:

• Clear furniture, toys, and other items from the setup area

• Make sure there is enough space for all booked tents and mattresses

• Keep pets in a separate area during setup and pickup

• Let us know in advance about stairs, elevators, restricted access, parking limitations, or other conditions that may affect delivery

• Make sure our team has clear and reasonable access to the setup area

Having the space ready when we arrive helps us keep your setup on schedule.

8. How much space is needed for an outdoor glamping tent?

Our outdoor glamping tent is a 16-foot bell tent with approximately 190 square feet of interior space and a center height of approximately 9 feet.

For proper setup and staking, we recommend a flat, clear outdoor area of at least 25 feet in diameter.

9. Is gratuity included?

No. We do not automatically add a service charge or gratuity.

Tips are completely optional and always appreciated.

10. Do you deliver, set everything up, and take it down?

Yes. For our full-service sleepover packages, KidsDreamFactory NYC handles delivery, setup, styling, and pickup so you can enjoy the celebration.

DIY Sleepover bookings are different: We deliver the party bundle, and you set up and style the sleepover yourself.

Please refer to the individual package details for exactly what is included with your booking.

11. What ages are your party setups suitable for?

Our recommended age ranges are:

Teepee Sleepovers: Ages 5 and up
A cozy sleepover experience designed for kids ready for an overnight celebration.

Outdoor Glamping: Ages 10 and up
A fun luxury camping experience for tweens and teens.

Lounge & Chill Tent: Suitable for a wide range of ages
A relaxed setup for hanging out, celebrating, or simply enjoying time together.

A responsible adult must supervise children and guests throughout the event while KidsDreamFactory NYC equipment is in use.

12. Are the linens cleaned between parties?

Yes. All linens are professionally cleaned after each use so they are fresh and ready for the next event.

13. How does the party process work?

Choose Your Date & Package

Select your preferred date and package and submit our booking form. We recommend booking early for the best availability.

Confirm Your Booking

Once availability has been confirmed, we’ll send you a deposit request. Your booking is secured after the 50% deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from KidsDreamFactory NYC.

Final Details

Before your event, we’ll confirm the important details, including timing and any selected add-ons. Your remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the event.

Delivery & Setup

On the day of your party, our team will deliver and set up your KidsDreamFactory experience according to your confirmed booking.

Pickup

Unless otherwise agreed, we’ll return the following day at the scheduled time to collect the rental equipment.
