How the 4-Hour Window Flows
🕐 30 Minutes — Setup
Your KidsDreamFactory Care Host arrives before the scheduled care period to prepare the Kids Lounge, activities, supplies, and designated play areas before the children arrive.
🎉 3 Hours — Supervised Kids Club Experience
Children enjoy a calm, structured program tailored to the event and age group. Activities may include crafts, coloring, games, music, light movement, quiet play, movies, and wind-down time. The flow can be adjusted to suit your event and the needs of the children.
🧹 30 Minutes — Breakdown
At the end of the service period, our team organizes the Kids Lounge and leaves the designated area clean and orderly.

💰 KDF NYC Kids Club — Starting at $1,350
Includes up to 8 children ages 2 and up and a 4-hour service window, including setup, supervised Kids Club time, and breakdown.
Every event is different. Final pricing will be based on the number and ages of the children, event location, venue requirements, and any additional services requested. Your final price will always be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
